A. Helping Hearts Senior Care opened its doors in 2017 with one simple goal in mind- Make ourselves as valuable to our clients as possible. It is an independent locally owned homecare agency led by a nurse with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. This sets us apart from the rest because it allows us to be more involved and hands-on with the care of our clients.
A. At this time we don't accept Medicare/Medicaid, as this benefit typically doesn't pay for the type of personal care service that Helping Hearts provide. However, we do accept long-term care insurance. Depending on your coverage and the services required, some of the costs may be covered by your health plan. We also accept Veteran's Aid & Attendance benefits. We will do whatever we can to try to help you obtain the best coverage.
